***NEW WEB/PHONE APPLICATION***
We have moved to a new management company and new portal for paying dues & submitting architectural requests! Appfolio has a web portal and phone application that makes paying dues and submitting requests a much more seamless process for the board of directors and management company. An onboarding letter was sent with your annual dues notifications back in December and January that you can fill out and return. If you no longer have the letter you can reach out to our community manager Dylan Stang to get your account activated.

The attached document provides steps on how to setup the Appfolio on your phone. This will allow you to pay your dues at the click of button and even setup auto-pay. We do recommend that you use the option to link your bank account to avoid having to pay additional fee's assessed by credit card companies.

City Resources
Whats the cities trash schedule? How do I contact 311 to report and issue with my sidewalks? What is the cities snow removal policy? All these questions can be answered through the City Resources page we have added for residents. This will navigate you to the cities website where you can view information, announcements and sign-up for email notifications.
Community Calendar
We have created a new Community Calendar that will include important dates for upcoming neighborhood events. This will include Dumpster Days, Garage Sales, Pool Opening/Closings and social activities coordinated by members of the Brooke Ridge Community.
