Architectural Review Required for Home Improvement Projects

The Architectural Review process is designed to maintain the appearance and property values in Brooke Ridge. Before you do any landscaping or building on your property, you must first obtain approval from the Board. Requests will be reviewed in the order they are received and dealt with in a timely manner. Most answers are given within two weeks.
Please submit an Exterior Change Form and your plans to Home Association Solutions by contacting Home Association Solutions at 913-825-0001 if you have questions or for additional information. You may download the Exterior Change form by clicking the "Documents" link on the home page.
